i have flashed my bios to the xecuter 3 one that i found on v3294 and i've deselected that it should show me the live config when my xbox starts up.

now, when i boot, i read in different places that i could show that live config by pressing the white button when xbox boots

so i start up my xbox, keep pressing on the button (1 times pressing, then keeping the button down) and it just loads the dashboard of xbox (haven't put another on it yet)

so i can't go to the live config anymore (it doesn't recognise the press on the button)

i already tried to press the white button, THEN start up the xbox but the same result...

anyone knows what to do?

the big one (that was with the original xbox)
and i also tried it with an "S" controller (those small ones)

but nothing works

any tips on how to do it?

maybe someone can help me with the timing or tell me at what time i need to do it (maybe like "wait a second after it boots" or "before ur screen starts to play" or something)

also, when i tried to re-flash the bios with the same bios, i get an error that it doesn't work...
i tried it because like that it would have the original setting again that will show the "live config" automatically

Are you 100% sure you're not booting from another non-X3 BIOS on your chip?

You should just need to hold the white button on the controller during bootup. After you see the Xecuter Rox my Box logo, it should go straight to X3CL.

If you want to reset the X3 chip's settings, then boot while holding X+Y+A+B and hold until the xbox reboots.

If neither of these work, then boot to FlashBIOS and reflash with the X3 BIOS.

oh i have another question: with this bios, you have the video settings in the Live config

my question is, if it is set to "pal enabled" will i be able to play ntsc games that i burned?

or do i need to change that setting to "ntsc" then?

and what is the difference between the 2 ntsc options i can enable in the video settings?

i think one is ntsc u (or something like that) and another one

thx for your help already
