I have an xecuter3 chip with a dip switch pannel on a v1.0 xbox with an upgraded 250WD HDD and im having a problem. My chip wont boot disabled (Red logo on dip pannel). What happens when i hold down the power button is it turns red, then turns off, then turns back on to red for a sec then switches to blue and boots with mod chip on. Has anybody ever had this problem? I recently changed my eeprom with configmagic thinking that might be the problem. I also reinstalled with slayer v2.6 hoping it would fix the problem with no change in the effect with the booting to m$ dash with mod chip off (red logo). Can sombody please help me with this problem?

Thanks in advance.

NM i fixed it. I blieve i had a bad solder point. Probably the D0. I went through all of the points and checked my solder job. The D0 seemed kinda loose so i redid it. I was reading the forum and noticed alot of poeple had solder problems so i checked mine and found the problem. Funny thing was it worked for about 2 months until the other day.

Going legit... need help

My old Xbox got banned and about a year ago. I just got a new 360 slim 250 GB HD. I also ordered the transfer cable and would like to move all of my saved games from my old hard drive to my new hard drive. Is there anything special I need to do to make this work? Will I be able to move the game data that I played after I was banned on the old console?

Thanks

Re: Going legit... need help

You'll need a Team Xecuter Connectivity Kit (or something similar) with SATA interface and MOLEX power to connect your hard drive to your PC.

You'll need Xport 360 software to move your profile folder from your hard drive to your PC.

Use Con Flag Remover and Xbox 360 Hash Block Calculator to fix your profile.

Then use ConSaver to fix your corrupt game saves.
