Xecuter 3 don't work.....

I have of the problems with install my xecuter 3 excused my English 'im Italian, the chip set offs alone in modality disactives with led red and enough the two blue led on the chip they ignite what I make?

Led on front pannel:: RED ever
2 blue led on the chip working....

please help me....I HAVE X-BOX 1.6

check all ur soldering, expecially d0 and lpc, u did rebuild the lpc right and add the 5volt line?

do i need to update my xbox mod......cause i copied Assassin's Creed Brotherhood and played it on my xbox and it starts up the game and then it says it cant read the disk. help!!!!!!!
