Xecuter 3,v1.6b Flashbios, please help

i got xbox v1.6b & installed Xecuter 3. When i turned on i got a blue screen with Flashbios 3.0.1, i was reading the fourm & i understand that Flashbios 3.0,1 will not work on xbox v1.6b. So i did Flashbios 3.0.3.After restarting i get a blue screen with Flashbios 3.0.3.
Also when i restart xbox with red light, i get xbox screen with message contact support & some chinees language.
Can any one help me with this.

Flashbios only provides a means to load up an "illegal" bios. You will need to load up an X3 BIOS before you go any further.

Read the tutorials. Read the stickies. Search for xbins, 1959, flashfxp.
The answers are out there.
