Xecuter 3CE Wont Flash v1.6b

I finsihed installing my mod and im ready to flash my bios. im having a major problem. i have Xecuter 3CE w/ Control Panel and Switch/LCD. The only bank switch i connected was the switch bank from the control pannel to the chip? this right? Anyway button 2 and 4 only load flash bios 3.0.3

when i try to flash my bios i get flash haulted! unknown bios whats the deal with this how do i get around it. Please help im desperate right now. Thanks guys

After you have got the flashbios screen up you need to change the switch bank to a 1 mb setting such as bank 1: switch 1 in, switch 2 in, switch 3 out, switch 4 out, and be sure that you have flash protect disabled or else you will get the flash halting message.
Make sure you are using the right bios version. (bios 1.6).
How are you flashing? Via disk or network?

i tried to flash via http and disc.
thanks for your reply ima going to try that.
if anyone thinks of anything else let me know ill keep yall updated.
