Xecuter chip errors out 3 times

This is my first post, but I have done numerour installs with the Aladdin chip. This is the first with a Xecuter 2.6CE chip. Here is my situation.

I successfully installed the chip, and everything worked great for weeks.

I decided I needed a bigger HD. So I started running through the tutorial by copying the contents of the xbox HD over to my PC. After this had completed, I restarted the xbox. This is where the problems began. Right after restarting the xbox, it started flashing green 3 times them turning to red/green quick flashes. I did my homework and saw that maybe the bios was bad. So I got a programmer and re-flashed 5035 on both bank 1 and 2 using iXia. Verified that all banks were reading bios correctly, then put the chip back in the xbox. Same thing is still happening!!!

Any ideas??

xbox works fine when chip is disabled.

Xecuter 2.6CE with lcp rebuild kit

Make sure you didn't pinch any wires when swapping the drives. It may also be the switch. Check to make sure the connections are good on both ends. If all that checks out, look at your solder joints to make sure one didn't come off.
