7Zip is just to extract it once it's all uploaded. Doesn't seem like the entire archive is up yet anyways, every time I re-log on the usual places I see more parts of the archive listed, so I'd say everybody should just wait a little while here..not like it's going anywhere.

It's all good, I grabbed the first four parts and was like "Dang this is smaller than RGL, how'd they pull that off..." When I got the corrupt archive message I realized they didn't..
Correct, and there's an MD5 hash of all parts. Also at least on my rig I had to go hunt down OpenSSL for LibEAY...your mileage may vary depending on if you've got Python or any number of other open-source packages installed.
if you put it in system32, you have to register the .dll
I just copied/pasted it and it worked, but that's good to know.
you can use a HDD transfer tool to put the contents of the .iso on the harddrive
