xecuter lite programmer question (old style)

i currently don't have any problem using my lite programmer...
however, what are the two extra red wire sets for?
(i assume that they are used to connect to j4 header)

what is the j4 header used for?

i have searched everywhere on the forum and on x-s.com and other such places but have not found any real answers. lemme know.

They are used for some of the older chips that did not get power from the LPC. I would assume my 2.3 lite would be one of them, not sure what other versions may be.
