Hi All,

Its been 2 days since I have paid for SX OS licence from above website but they have kept my order on standby and money has been taken from my account but I have not received the licence key. I have written to them but they have not bothered to reply.
This is holding me from jumping on to SX OS.
I can neither buy from other sources as if I do and above seller send me another licence later on, it will be of no use to me.

What are my options other than waiting?
Anyone had the same experience?

Did you get response from the website yet? I am also waiting for their response for my sx core order as my order status is completed even though sx core is not out yet.

Based on article published on Wololo you should start by checking if the reseller you're trying to get hold of isn't one of them being sued by Nintendo as there are currently multiple lawsuits on the go...

xecuter-sx.com is not on that list. That is why I pre-ordered sx core from them. Probably should wait for sx core out and order from Aliexpress instead.

Hi everyone
I ordered on 7 April sx core.
I cannot connect to the site to check.
I emailed him last week to be informed about the status of my order and never got a reply.
This is really frustrating.

It is on the list. Go and double check it. It’s noted that only SX OS though. And to be honest I gambled purchasing SX lite from them and interestingly my credit card shows that payment received to an account in Nigeria! Regardless I’m rolling the dice here.

All the US sellers is affected by the lawsuit Nintendo America, fortunately, there are some EU resellers which are available to preorder, such as linkerfrance, mod-switch ect

Hello,

I pre-ordered the SX Core a long time ago and paid via Paypal.

Today I received a message from Paypal that the money is or will be back on my account soon. This way I also noticed that the site is now offline.
