you can swap out your original 20gb drive for a 250gb (created using X360USB PRO HDD HACKER TOOL) WD drive (a larger drive may be used eg 320gb) - however you do need a 250gb hddss.bin file from an original xbox 250gb drive (which are easy to find)

Yeah, a 250gb hddss.bin onto a 1tb Western Digital drive works, not cost effective but it does work

All you need is the HDSS.BIN file from an original XBOX360 Hard Drive (which can be easily extracted using the X360USB PRO) and use it to convert your WD SATA Drive. The following guide will show you just how easy it is.
1. So it doesn't necessarily have to be your own hdss.bin file could be one from xbins ect? So there's the possibility if you don't own a slim 250gb hdd of making your own tons cheaper?
2. Can it be a western digital 250gb hdd 7200 rpm drive noticed xconsoles was 5400rpm?
3. Can you use your own slim 250gb hdss.bin file on a 250gb western digital then put in a phat xbox 360 and visa versa?

you can use your normal SATA cable and a molex to SATA power cable too!
