you most likely got installed a new hdd and whoever did the instal for you did not make a backup of c and e of the previous drive so you do not have ms dash files on there where they need to be. I think using the slayers evox installer thing you can restore the ms dash.

Is your hard drive locked? It needs to be before you can boot with the chip disabled.
Else it could be that your D0 is not soldered properly.

What error code is being shown at the top of the screen?

Glad to hear it - now would be a good time to make a note of your hdd lock password in case your mobo ever dies you'll have a lot of hassle trying to unlock the drive!

should really lock it with config magic final if you havent already because it sets a master password of "TEAMASSEMBLY" in case you ever do have that problem. and funny that your instaler didnt even test the box before giving it to you.

or lock the hard disk using the x3 bios... its the easiest of all and bear in mind...

USE THE FEATURES OF X3 BIOS... Thats why you payed money for...
