yeah, i pretty much agree with almost all of it to... it's a nice read and basically tells the truth about stuff... i cant stand people who lie and make up all kinds of BS!... sad thing about it is theres LOTS of people like that out there to .... just plain stupid people out there u know... they cant "reason" stuff out.

ya it was a long post but i'm actually glad i read through the whole thing. xecuter really does prove a good point about all the argueing on the internet. it made alot of sense and really made me think at least about how i interact with others on forums or online games. The best example i can think of is all the halo or halo 2 is the greatest game ever topics found online. Now i don't really like halo that much. I can admit it was a great game that was alot better then most games. but best game ever? i don't think so and thats my opinion and no matter how many times i try to explain to people why i din't like halo or halo 2 that much i get totally flammed about being an idiot or a moron that was a n00b or something. I don't trash people for sayin halo is the greatest game ever... i just don't feel the same about it.

*oh and by the way.. i din't like final fantasy 7 either i liked final fantasy 9.

i could not agree more with most of your comments! ... i think halo/halo2 are the most overrated first person shooters ever! ... it's a pretty solid shooter game for a console but it aint nothing compared to half-life 2 or doom3 from a single player perspective if u ask me... shooters are "MADE" for the PC ... but o well people are still gonna flame about the stuff... i think it's mostly a matter of growing up cause when i was young my reasoning was not nearly as good as it is now... so as u can bet... most of those people that preach against u are almost guarenteed to be around that 12-15 area.

final fantasy is not bad at all if ur into those types of games.

im glad u read the post as i felt it was a real good read... like u said alot of it makes perfect sence.

p.s. thats one thing good about the forums here at teamxecuter.com is that u rarely see any "flame" posts or people starting sh*t

I agree with you on the First Person Shooters. Halo and Halo 2 were not anything special, and I believe the first one only sold well because it was the first FPS on the xbox. FPS's really do seem made for computers just because of the control. However I like the idea that everyone that plays the game together has the exact same hardware configuration (example: no one can complain about frame rate dropping because everyones framerate will be almost exactly the same). Sorry for the derail, again

Also, about what you said about flame posts, there use to be alot of them. I would be pretty evil about people who ask repetitive questions and get on their case (I would try to avoid trying to play the name calling game and immature stuff like that) and usually someone would go after me for what I stated. However I've come to the conclusion that, no matter what, there is nothing that you can really do to change someones mind over the internet (including my own). As xecuter stated, some people believe that their idea's are correct all the time.

yeah i agree... main reason i like pc ALOT better for basically any game u have to aim at stuff... is cause i believe the mouse+keyboard is WAY superior to using a controller... much easier to track stuff using a mouse.

but i guess in my opionion ... i definately like race car games better on consoles cause i believe they "feel" better when compared to a PC race car game... it could be because my frame rate aint liquid smooth on my pc or it could be controller related i aint sure... but i definately like race car games better on consoles.

p.s. about the race car game side of things... u need to check out a game called "Forza motorsport" ... if u like Gran Turismo for the PS2... then i feel u will definately like this game... cause i downloaded a demo of forza and i have to say from a gameplay standpoint i like forza better overall.
