Hi i really dont have a clue what im doin i have been tryin to flash my bios fro 3 days now and cannot get it to work i need help to know what to put on a cd/dvd to flash them i want hacked bios i got evolution x dashboard it says in the dashboard it has bios in it i have made a dvd image and when i go to load it comes up saying no bios avaible for update or somethin like that i need help big time gettin very frustated please help.

Ok i tryed the x2 bios 5032 and i put the bin file n the ini file on a cd and i get "no bios update found halting' then i tryed to make an iso out of it same message then i added the dummy file with the 2 fiels same message then i tryed makeing an iso with the dummy file and the bin n ini file and same message i dont know what to do next plz help

First of all, get the latest version of the BIOS (X2.5035).

You say Evolution X loads as your dash - if, so get a copy of FlashX. You can run this from EvoX as an app. It will allow you to flash your BIOS without all the trouble you are experiencing. You'll need to put your BIOS file into C:\BIOS (or E:\BIOS, or F:\BIOS). Can you FTP to your Xbox from a PC?

When FlashX loads, you select the BIOS, and then flash it. Don't get confused - FlashX references 4 banks (1 to 4), each being 256k. Your chip has 2x 512k banks. For this BIOS, FlashX will only allow you to flaash banks 1 & 2 (at the same time), or banks 3 & 4 (at the same time).

i do not have the evox loaded i got the bios loaded up i got x2_5032 on it n im tryin to get evox to load and dont know how can u help me with that

Your best bet would be to download Slayers, and have that install a dashboard of your choice.

I'm pretty sure it's on Xbins - 'auto-inatllers' or something like that.

FlashX is obviously no use to you at this stage! EvoX itself is also on Xbins - you could always make an EvoX boot CD/DVD, which will allow you to copy the EvoX files from the boot CD/DVD to your harddrive. When EvoX loads, you can then FTP into your Xbox.
