can any one tell me where i can get bios that has the xecutor rox my box in place of the microsoft. or can you tell me how to put it in my current bios. i have an xecutor 3 ce with evox m8 pluse with a 1.2-.13 box

Not only does the Evox BIOS not display the "Xecuter Rox My Box" it also is unable to harness many of the X3 chip's features. What you need to do is download the X3 3294 BIOS from #Xbins. It, unlike the Evox BIOS, is created by Xecuter for the X3CE.

when i do flash it with x3 3249 it flashes then suts off then when i turn it on it starts to frag...so is there on for x3ce or a way to just put it in the current bios i have.

i have xecutor 3 CE and i have a 1.2-1.3 xbox i treid bolth and it still frages on any settin i use

its been working siece the day i got it 3 months ago... i thank you for the help but please read ALL POSTS BEFOR ANSWERING. ok hears my satus now. i have a 1.2-1.3 xbox with an xecutor 3 ce with xapter solderless adapter. i have it falshed with evox m8 plus. i have had it flash for three months with no prob. all i want is for it to say xecutor rox my box at the bottom. but when i flash it with x3 3294 so it will say xecutor rox my box it frags but it works fine with evox m8 plus. so is there any way to import it to the evox m8 plusshagga said:Please explain what you did to get it working Teamunleash so anybody reading this thread in the future can help themselves. In answer to your import question then no there isn't (unless you know a shed load more than I do about bios programming). From your posts you have said whenever you flash the xecuter bios it FRAG's. My questions to you are as follows:
1. Are you flashing the correct bios file x3294.bin, NOT x3294 v16.bin
2. Have you tried downloading the file again as you could have a corrupt file
3. Did you even try reseating the xapter?
4. Are you using switch settings on,on,off,off,off when flashing to make sure you are in fact flashing to a 1Mb bank
The reason I asked you to reseat the xapter is because the evox bios does not use all the features of the X3 so it doesn't use all the pins on the pin header. If pins 13 and 14 aren't getting a solid connection you will be able to load a X2 or m8 bios but the X3 will not work. If it still will not work after you have reseated the xapter then I'd suggest either the xapter or the X3 is faulty. The best way to test this would be to solder the chip in which is by far the best solution anyway.
I will not post anymore in this thread and leave everyone else to sort your problems now as I believe I have covered every avenue to get it working. It's now your choice whether you choose to READ and follow my advice.

yes of corse i flashed it with the right version bios and on the right bank.... maby its my xapter adapter because the top of the screw brok so i used a popsicle stick screwed it down to hold it so maby one of the pins is not making contact thanks shagga

it you install use screw out of mother board to hold down xapter or solder the x3 in

because i dont want to take a chance on soldering on my mother board. and the screw from the motherboard is to short.

My suggestion is get down to your local hardware stores and try and find a screw similar to your motherboard screw but just a little longer. As far as I'm aware the motherboard screw should fit so doublecheck the xapter isnt fouling anything stopping it from fitting closer to the board (and that it is aligned correctly).
