I just installed all the components for a RGH. Got all the way through to the part where I boot into Xell, get the cpu key to create a freeBOOT image.
I used the Jtag Tool utility to create the image as shown in this tutorial. Renamed freeBOOT.bin to nandflash.bin and copied it and the xenon.elf file to a newly formatted Fat32 thumb drive.
Problem is, when I boot back into Xell it doesn't recognize the thumb drive.
It keeps searching saying:
Trying dvd: uda: tftp:
Over and over until I power down.
Could this be a solder joint problem of a bad file problem on the thumb drive?
