xell no boot : can not get cpu key

hi
i have xbox 360 cor6na 4g v4 ...
i want rgh this xbox with this tool : coolruner 3lite rev c . postfix adaptor .
first : i programed coolruner with corona timing file 4-3 xsf file
second read nand 4 times with out bad block ...
then create ecc and write ecc file ....
all soldring carefully please see in pictures ...
Problem :
green led blinking after 6 sec no stop evere 6 sec blink ...
i can not xell boot screen hdmi and network cable
network :
direct connect to network card and go to ip 192.168.1.99 none answered ...
connected pc and xbox to a hub router and set dhcp setting to 192.168.1. .....
but could not see or get cpu key ip scan say : xbox not detected ...
