Xell not fully loading, cannot find the CPU key!

Trying to update my Jtag with the newest kernel but i cannt find how to read my CPU key. DashLaunch not showing it, Xell not loading properly.
I have a Jasper, running FSD 3 rev775, kernel 2.0.14699.0,DashLaunch 3.17.
Tried loading Xell from an external usb, happened the same thing: loading some information and then stops, hanging in there.
have the NAND dump, everything worked great, updated FSD as well and the DashLaunch.
Any ideas?

Remove all usb device's and boot up xell

Failing with what Geek has suggested, connect your network cable and disconnect everything including the display cable/hdmi cable and scan for key through JRunner after about 30 seconds
