Xell on Xenon?

Hey guys,

This is my first JTAG xbox and Im having some promblems. Yes, I have the obvious, dashboard, CB ect ect. So I'm using NAND-X with CoolShrimps JTAG tool, have dumped my NAND three times, checked them (All Good), but heres the tricky part, when I go to intstall Xell through JTAG tool, it says it writes it, works fine, but when I go to plug it in and get my CPU key, all I get is a blank screen. Just to check I flashed my original NAND back onto the Xbox and it booted right up. And ideas? Yes I ran JTAG tool as admin too. Maybe an alternative method to install Xell? Than

I am using the standard def A/V cables, and can flash the orginal NAND and it works fine on those

when you flashed xell did you disconnect power supply and leave disconnected for a minute or so ?

also what version of coolshrimps jtag tool you using ? try Ver 2.20

1. We know you know, but please indulge us and share with us your CB version

2. Are there any bad blocks in your original NAND dump and if yes what are they?

3. Try a different TV specially if you're using a one of these newer model TV's that act funny with different video signals/frequencies.

1. Which MB does the Xbox360 have?

2. Have you tried different resistor settings on the Jtag QSB ?

CB is 1921, dash is 6717, XENON (in the description), Read NAND 3 times, no bad blocks/miscompares. I am using 2.76 JTAG tool trying to get the 12611 dashboard. I am using self made JTAG cables (yes I have about triple checked the soldering ha ) Have tried both diode and resistor method with resistors kinda working (read below)

Update: Got Xell to load, but the screen was cutting out and a black and white color instead of blue. Was able to get a picture of my CPU key, entered it into JTAG tool to make the freeBOOT image, got the image made but when I write it back to my NAND....no audio/video. However if I re-write my original NAND to the xbox, it boots right back up to the dashboard....quite frustrating about to just sell it for someone else to work on with the orginal .bin files....where would be a good place to post this?
