In English it allows the booting of Linux (yay) and has rawflash built-in like the older xell . The rest is dev jargon

I assumed its now able to boot a xenon Linux eg gentoo or debian found on libxenon. I could be wrong tho.

Nope - Banjaxt has it spot on.

Unless you're using XeLL reloaded on a regular basis, or want to boot into Linux, don't even worry about this.
