RGH XELL - Segmentation fault

Hello,
I'm trying to update my XBOX (Slim, Trinity, RGH1) dashboard from 16203 (XELL ver. 0.991) to the newest 16767 (XELL ver. 0.993) but I have encountered following problem.
Every time I'm getting this red screen as soon as I boot to XELL. Everything was working fine before update even when I flash again old image with 16203. What I'm doing wrong?

Was updating from XELL and Simple Nand Flasher. I already figured this out, newest XELL was causing problems, revert to v0.991 with 16767 kernel and eveything is working fine. Nevertheless I still don't understand why v0.993 don't work on my Trinity...
