Xell starts loading, doesn't finish.

I have been trying to get this to work with no avail.

Installed the coolrunner chip, and nand connections.
Dumped my flash, wrote the ecc but when I try to boot into Xell to get my cpu key it starts loading, but only goes up to Reinit PHY. I can't get it to boot past there.

I have re soldered everything, bought a multimeter to check the connections and they are all good.

I have a 16mb jasper.

I have tried using the Jtag tool and 360 multi builder

Any help would be much appreciated thanks.

Try re-route the cables on the backside, esp the blue and green wire are very picky about interference and can cause the Xbox to freeze or crash.
