Xell Throws Error

Booting into Xell to get my CPU Key but after just a few moments I get this screen. Other than that console works perfect. Why does this happen?

In most cases grabbing the key over your network will still work

Also, if you have a USB inside of your Xbox, try taking that out. I ended up fixing this issue by restarting the RGH process, but I'm still 99% sure I could've fixed it if I just took out the USB.
