Xell will not boot

Ok so I got my equipment to rjtag my xbox, I soldered everything and surprisingly everything looks great. I dump my nand twice and then compare and the nands were the same, then I create xell reloaded then write xell reloaded. Everything to this point was smooth and seemed to be going good, at this point I unplug j-runner and boot my xbox using the eject button, but the cr4 has a red led and a very fast blinking green led and wont boot xell. Ive looked through these forums and searched the internet for hours and couldn't find anything that was of any help, so I decided to go to my last resort and post a thread. Mostly I would like to know what the cr4 leds mean when one is solid red and the other is blinking green, any would I would greatly appreciate....

Red LED is power green LED is debug. Jrunner logs and pics are needed for help. Did you tick the CR4 box before you created ecc?

you prob havnt clicked on CR4 in jrunner, and wrote wrong ecc

I should have noticed that before. Pics are going to be needed. If you were getting the green light with xell written it may have just been a dip setting etc. How long did you wait and what setting have you tried?
