Hello, I have a working 360 with:
Console Type: (Falcon).
NAND size: 16mb
Dashboard version: 16203
CB version: 5774
I have attached:

I started my R-Jtag by attaching the Nand QSBs and dumping Nand twice and comparing, results were the same with no bad blocks. I copied them to a backup drive for safe keeping.
I soldered on the Post and J-tag QSBs then the R-Jtag. Once all my wires were soldered from R-Jtag to the Nand QSB, I soldered my D wire from the R-Jtag to the top reset point (R8C2).
I then created Xell Reloaded and wrote it to my Nand. I made sure to choose R-Jtag without the Aud_Clamp option.
I first tried the J-tag standard option with the 2-way switch in the on position and the 3-way switch in the middle with the jumper on 470. The solder jumper was bridged at 1 & 2.
The initial boot with dips 7 & 4 on was a RROD and so I proceeded to select different dip settings. I then selected 5,6,3,2 and finally 1, only having one dip on at a time, in hopes of a Xell boot but all RRODs. My next thought was to try the 1.2v tuning option on the R-Jtag then I tried all the dip switches only 7 and one other dip on at a time to no avail. So I tried all the same thing with the 1.8v tuning option and no Xell yet.
Now I’m getting frustrated so I try the 330 jumper setting on the J-tag and go through all dips again only leaving 7 and one of the other tuning dip 1-6 on at a time. No luck yet. So now I’m losing hope.
I had read that the Aud_Clamp provided more stable boots so this must be my answer. So I solder the jumper wire from the J-tag to the Q2N1 point and bridge 1 & 3 on the J-tag. I recreated Xell Reloaded with the R-Jtag and Aud_Clamp options selected and wrote it to my Nand. Can you overwrite Xell Reloaded to the Nand with the Aud_Clamp option once you already wrote standard Xell reloaded to it? I then started tuning process again but no luck.
This brings me to the Reset wire, as I said earlier I used the R8C2 reset point on the front side of the board. So in hopes of still seeing Xell boot I soldered it to the Reset point on the back side of the board close to C7R112. Now on to all the previous tuning steps I went through above and no Xell.
If someone could help it would be greatly appreciated. I cannot seem to figure this out, am I overlooking the obvious, is it my soldering, I’m out of ideas.
The only other thoughts I have would be the length of my reset wire (stock length) or using composite cables instead of an HDMI cable. I also don’t understand all the codes from the post out so if even someone can tell me if my R-Jtag is bad I’ll buy a new one.
Just to see if Xbox was still operable I re-flashed my Nand with original Nand from B/U and disconnected the 5v to R-Jtag and Xbox booted normally.
