I put the nandflash.bin and xenon.elf in the root of usb. Insert USB, boot xell, then: trying uda:/xenon.elf... *'uda:/xenon.elf' found, loading 278304... *Executing... and it just stuck there forever. Is this xenon.elf problem or the nandflash.bin problem? I'm trying to flash retail MS, also tried glitch image created by multibuilder, and original nanddump, all no success.

Make sure your stick is the only USB device plugged in, and that xenon.elf and nandflash.bin are the only two files on the stick.

Since there's only two files to worry about here, make sure each is good. In other words, make sure you have a good copy of rawflash and that your nandflash.bin is named correctly. I read somewhere on here where a guy had accidentally copied over nandflash.txt instead of nandflash.bin lol, sometimes it's easy to overlook that sort of thing.

Failing that try the new rawflash v4, or if none of this is working for you try it with the nandx/nandpro.

Let us know if you get it sorted! :)

Also, try formatting the usb stick with FAT format. Xell isn't too picky, but it does love FAT and that has worked for me. Just the two files on the stick and it found it immediately and was done in about a minute on a 16MB nand

Nah, I use FAT format, just two files, nandflash.bin and xenon.elf. Still stuck at executing.... If i dont put any bin file in there, it still stuck at executing. even use rawflash v4, still the same. Strange, this console worked before. This is my 2nd time RGH on the same console. last time, I forgot to edit the KV.
