Back again I'm afraid.

Ok - nice new Jasper 256MB...dumped the nand, a few bad blocks (!), but looked ok.

Trying to write Xell/Xellous - and I get error programming block 10 & 18 :(

So it always boots to 3 red lights on eject.

I can write the original NAND back ok.

Is it going to be possible for me to write Xell or Xellous if these blocks are dog sh*t?

Would I need to remap these blocks? And if so, is there a decent guide to doing this with JTAG tool...?

Again - thanks in advance to all.

Thanks for the reply Martin - I'm a complete tool when it comes to remapping!

If I load the original NAND up in Flash360, I get this:

I've moved those using coolshrimps...then saved that NAND.

But still can't get Xell to write, as block 10 & 18 get error 202 programming...
