xenium flash help

Please can some one help?. Im a total noob, and need help to flash my non solder Xenium chip. Ive installed it, ive got my Network card, and i got my crossover cable. Can i use one of the FLASH downloads on the home page?. If so what one.
Also can some one please tell me how to change the network settings on my PC?.
Sorry for being a right thicko, but no bodys perfect.
