Xenium is nothing but problems.....

Now I see why I like my Xecuter chip so much... I have a friend that gave me his xbox to get a dash on it for him. I am having nothing but problems!! These things are just plain odd. I'm not talking trash, but I just cant figure this thing out!!

What problems are you having? I've installed most every type of chip, and haven't had too bad of problems.

Well...The fact the the v1.1OS doesnt have networking is really pissing me off!!! I dont have a DVD burner and cant network my files over to the box!!! I have a friend, whose xbox that I working on, that is making dvd copies for me.... Im trying to update the OS to enable the networking. If I could network to the box, all of my problems would be solved!! That is just the first problem. Next is that they dont have their own bios!!! They rely on teamX for that!!! I guess it is that its something different and I'm just not used to it.... I just have to do my homework!!! Blah...I did enough of that to know what I know about the Xecuter chip and in school(school was the harder one!! LOL). I am actually going to commend one of their forum people though. He has been replying to every question that I have asked!! I will give props to Rabid1!!

where did you get a xenium with xenium OS v1.1? I thought all the ICE chips came with 2.0+ versions. Did you get a clone? (that's the advantage of Xecuter, no stupid clones). I installed a Xenium ICE for a friend recently, It was a breeze, especially the fact that I didn't have to burn a single disk for the install. I assume the same with the Xecuter 3.

To tell you the truth, I have no clue where the chip came from. It was in my friends xbox when he got it!! I would say its pretty old!! I dont believe its an ICE?? No clue... I dont recommend anything except the X3 chip to anyone that asks me about it!!! I would say that it is an original model of their first chip made? It has given me nothing but big ballz scince the day I got it!!!

There are some Xecuter clones out there too!! There were some threads about that a while back!! fyi

hmm, I don't remember. Well they're all gone now at least... right... I gotta get an X3 and X3CP soon... before the next xbox comes out...
