Better late than never I suppose!
Back on 21st May (that's 8 months to the day, yes you read it correctly eight months) it was announced that skinning was working in XOS2.0 and it seems they finally got it working!
"UI Skinning/Scripting (This actually exists in the beta, and is how we do all our UI, but the API will not be exposed at first)"

I suppose I should pull out one of my old Xeniums from my pile of outdated modchips, blow off the dust, extract the X3 from the pin header (I'm sure the motherboard will never forgive me), detach the X3 LCD (hmmm, maybe the Xenium LCD manual won't take much more than 10 months to be released), install the Xenium and test out the skinning. Whilst I am at it I might dig up some old internal builds of XOS and see if I can find a beta build that the skinning
allegedly existed in! hmmmm, maybe not!
