Can anyone help me out with this. I'm totally new to modding. How do I flash the chip with the x3_3294 v16plus bios and then install a 200 gig HD into the xbox. I have a 1.6 xbox. Now my buddy tried to do it, but he didnt unlock the whole 200 gigs it seems. He used the x3_1943 v1.6 GOLD bios. If anyone could help me by pointing me to some links for how to do this, or just offering a walk through, that would be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks.

well, the bios on my xbox right now is an X3 and its working.....
Where did you get the BIOS from? What was it called? Have you definitely got a Xenium?

The thing is, the only chip which supports the X3 BIOS 100% is the X3. If you don't have one, then you're using a hacked version which is definitely now supported!

ok, well, like i said before, my buddy was the one who did it fror me. I dont knwo where he got it from or whatever....but, he is using an x3_1943_v15_GOLD bios. Well, if that is the wrong bios, then do you know where I can get the right bios that also supports 120+ HDs?

All new X2 and X3 BIOSes support HDDs up tp 2.2 Terabytes. My suggestion is that if you have a Xenium, get the X2CL 5035 BIOS (Or Evox M8plus_16) - either one will work.

We've all been there. Just some of us have started out with bad experiences here because we were to lazy to search. Search, Search, then Search again.
