Before I start, all of my solder points are good because everything else is working fine. I am using Coolshrimp's tech-modz jtag tool( ver 3.50 ) . I dumped two nand images, and I did check them both using Coolshrimp's Both matched( 0 non-matching block(s) found ), so I wrote xell onto the console (which had 6690 dash i think ? ). I got my cpu key fine, and made a freeboot image using the 2nd nand image. After writing the freeboot image, all I got is a black screen blinking green light when I power on :eek2: with the power button - If I turn it on with the eject button boots xell :D wrote the orignal nad back and works fine then - I Update to 7371 dash but still getting the samething

- and am using the 3 330 ohm resistor method + nand-x i tried with the j-tag # 8 but didn't work e-79 after xell always...

What caused this problem?

- I was reading in a tutorial that when u update the m$ firmware you have to remove the jtag wires and I didnt is that a big deal ?

Did you receive any errors whilst building FreeBOOT? Which tool did you use? Open the FreeBOOT image with 360 Flash Tool and post a screen shot of what it shows.
