Xenon (Black screen) Help!?

hi, a friends jtag has black screen when booting dash but it boots xell he currently has no nand back ups what should we do to correct this all i have is the current nand that is install i have it hoked up with the nand x now i need a guide?please

It won't be the SMC, since xell uses the same SMC configuration. What happened exactly that led to the point were you got the back screen? Was it working before? If so what freeboot/kernel were you running?

Please give more info as the description of your problem is very vague.
