XENON BOOT HELP

so i have a simple question that i cant find a straight answer for. Are xenon's booting freeboot from a coolrunner? I used my coolrunner and got my cpu key, but when using j-runner i create the nand image and write it the the coolrunner stops blinking green, i went through all the troubleshooting steps but still nothing.
