xenon issue, was working fine

Got a mint xenon, never seen one so clean, long story short its early blades dash, so I have jtagged it, without any issues, my psu gave up and initially i thought it was a 360 issue, so I stripped it down and carefully re-assembled, it powers on fine, green lights etc, no RROD but now have no picture and possibly sound, yet nothing has changed? any ideas / suggestions?

sound like the ana/hana chip needs to be reflowed or reballed

reflow the gpu. most issues are gpu related so start with that.
