I have included pics of the board for you to see and tell me what you think it could be.
Thanks

Post better close-up pictures of places where the stuff was soldered on, these are very bad.
And describe the lights when powering up, does it stay green, what do you mean by boot loop, is there any red lights, etc.?

okay I'll upload better pics tonight. the LED's basically go to green for a split second before powering off. though at times it loops between green and orange on the power brick in rapid succession. all that has been installed on the board since the rrod occured was the TX Rrod repair kit for a while before switching to traditional X-Clamp method (My little brother) and an 80MM blue LED fan (Monoxide). since the LED fan was installed it has been doing this and i've even desoldered the fan power cables from the board with no luck. tried flashing the nand back and still same results. it booted fine with TX Jtag kit for 6 months before I purchased and until december 2013 when it gave red ring again (X-Clamp kit was installed after reball(MoNoXiDe again)) and since the 1st of january it's been doing this. left the console for a while in case it was just a bug until I could get the money to send back to Monoxide and took it out to try it with same results. I'm lost with the console and need to know whether it's fixable or just needs to be binned. I have all OG files for the console (CPUKEY, Nand etc).

The issue really here is the console is a Xenon and I don't think it's worth anyone's time (or your money) to throw into the diagnostics or repair. For example, it might be cheaper long term to get the CPU transplanted onto another Xenon console, should you actually want to keep it. Failing that I personally would sell the whole console as faulty and look to buying a replacement JTAG/RGH console. You can pick up Falcon/Jasper/slim consoles cheap enough now which are JTAG/RGH already and have a much better investment. Your PSU will still work with all of these, so you could keep that.

Ultimately it depends on how much you really want *this* particular board repaired.
