have a jtag xenon tried to flash retail image in xell using multibulilder latest ver. now boots to 3 red rings when press eject and power button any suggestions. was trying to revert back to stock because kinect games did not play it said need current dash but already had the current dash, hitachi drive is stock

There's no reason to ruin a good jtag. Did you run the official system update to restore kinect playability?
no already had the current kinect dashboard but did not want to play kinect games was asking for system update. so made a jtag image using multibuilder then it installed the current dashboard but still was asking for update nba 2k12, forza 4 was reading except kinect adven. it reads the game but says requires update. so tried to flash back retail image in xell now xell will boot to 3 red rings and also the power button

can I write xell back? bought this xenon already jtag, it was jtag by it having the old dashboard still have the wirings on the board and the lpt port soldered in. have all the files nand n cpu key n dvd key

did you have the hdd installed with the 14699 system update? if you didn't thats why it was asking for an update...the kinect needs to see it
no just used multibuilder I figured when i looked in setting it said it was the current dash, so I had to put the systemfolder also on the root of usb? so how to write xell back to mb?
have you got a nandx?
Edit: Since you made the 14699 with multibuilder it may not have blown your efuses and you may be able to re write jtag 14699

Make your 14699 jtag image rename to nand and flash using nandpro3, come back when you've flashed

Previously console was xenon jtag updated to latest dec dash everything ok . Tried Play kinect adven said need kinect dash . Probably did the wrong thing tried to install retail dash in order to get update ,created img using latest multi builder then xell won't boot has a green light then after about 20 secs it rrod. Any suggestions. How to flash back stock ? Do I need to remove wiring? Have key and NAND

You need to open the console and flash the NAND through LTP or USB SPI programmer, with a JTAG hack image of course.
If you want a stock xbox then you need to remove the wire bridge and diodes installed.
Can you solder? I would send it to a pro if not, you're running the risk of killing the console for good here.

Did flashed with hack img using multi b but still the same has green light for 20 sec then rrod , do I need to erase NAND first?

OP states you flashed with a retail image?
OP also states you can't boot Xell after flashing with retail dash, retail dash does not include Xell.

Ok so I make the hack image and write bin with jtag tools and I ll be able to boot to xell correct?
just create your 14699 jtag image then re write it, use either nand healer or jtag tool to flash to console via nandx

All the info you need is in the other thread.
Use your original dump (the one supplied by the trader that sold you the console), use multibuilder to create a freeboot image from your original nand dump. Flash that image to your console using jtag tool. Once you have done this, let me know what happens.
