I don't think. So because it stays green for 30secs usually rrod happens right after u turn it on and also it has a diffrent power supply for the fans also have spare fan in front

Have you tried changing the switch position on J2D2 and moving the resistor jumper?
Also, make sure the NAND-X wiring isn't bridging anything, it looks badly soldered to me.

correct me if im wrong , flashing back to stock nand, used latest jtag tool renamed nanddump orig to nand.bin , and placed in jtag tool folder then used command promt NandPro usb: -w16 Nand.bin then switched j202 to off all the way down, then unplug console and wires and wait 30 secs? correct

I finally got the original nand to boot on console, but I think the kinect adventure games was inside and updated the console, but couldn't get xell to load so tried installing it then this happen boots green then rrod after 30 secs, is thery any to fix this, I have a copy of original nand , cpu key and a picture copy of the efuses, not sure if the resistors on back of the mb was modified to prevent it from updating, but with all this info is there any way to fix???
CB 1903 is JTAG'able.
However if you suspect the console has updated itself, take another NAND dump and find out if your CB has changed.
Also, you say that you keep getting RROD. Get the secondary error code from that (sync + eject 4 times and write down the number of lights flashing. 4 lights counts as 0)

Flash XeLL for a Xenon console (as that's what you have) and boot it up to see what happens. Pics of your soldering might also help.
4 4 2 2 is the code but does the fact that the back fans are powred by another power source affect the code , the port on the mb is not used for powering the fans, console was rewired so the fans run off another source
tried to install xell right after the kinect adven update, because when the game was inside it was still asking for the update not sure if my hd was pluged in or not, but when i press the eject no xell 30 secs after rrod same if I press power, after all this tried erasing the nand and putting back orignal same results, but when I tried erasing the nand with nothing on mb console does not even light up, I fixed the soldering and installed the qsb checked all the contections with multimeter all good, any thoughts is this still fixable

but would say either genuine rrod or some solder/splash managed to go under the gpu and bridging.
lets look at the facts,
was working, you took it apart to re write nand, thus disturbing the unit now not working,
your sure wiring is correct and used new image also positive its correct nothing else has been touched so either soldered point has come off or genuine rrod.
