Xenon Question

I am attempting to glitch my first xenon (just for fun) I have a few questions.

1. If I am just trying to retrieve the dvd key once I remove the resistor from the board and I glitch it and get my key. Flash back original nand can I go online without the resistor attached?

2. Do I absoloutely have to use the 50ohm shielded wire?

No and no. But it might not work without shielded wire.

Oops I mean no you don't have to replace the resistor
