Its been stated that the Xenon RGH is very unstable, but if you could upload a couple of pictures to show us your soldering, you never know.

just wanted to confirm you did not damage the original CPU_RST point??? also there looks to be a bridge on your nandx wires at the top right of your first pic worth a look just to make sure looks like the orange wire
can you also confirm the coolrunner has power and is also trying to glitch??

Have you tried with the cap points closed and open on the cr board ?

I dont know if its just the hot glue smeared everywhere,
But some of that soldering looks very dodgy and Some of it looks burnt.

Might be worth checking out

do you know hot glue is hot enough to melt lead solder?
you should never hot glue over your soldering as it could have screwed you solder points,
the ground cable is far to long and far too thin to give a good ground, prob same with your 3.3
his wiring in general looks suspect, i use 30awg Kynar for my ground and 3.3v on all my installs and its not an issue though. voltage seems stable and consistent on an oscilloscope.

Id be more concerned about the cpu_pll_bypass and cpu_rst, they seem to be the issue wires, combined with the temperamental aspect of the xenon, wiring with the best possible scenario, proper cap on pll bypass and some double shielded coaxil will give the best chance for good results, but even this seems to be a crap shoot.

wiring and soldering looks dodgy. sorry to be painfully honest but the soldering is terrible. you should also never use hot glue, insulation tape is more than enough. if i were you i would remove the huge amounts of solder and re-solder the wires. sorry if i sound harsh.

nice shiny joints with just enough solder to cover what you are soldering. too much and you can create a cold joint, and poor conduction. the wiring and cap leads do not have to be completely submerged in gob of solder, just a nice solid shiny joint is all you need.

also stated before, where i your cap on cpu_pll_bypass?

It says Rev. B but it isn't a real coolrunner cause the Rev. B has brown resistors not black. I think you have one of those fake coolrunners that don't do anything

Coolrunner is rev B - bridged cap

No I didnt realize that hat glue can melt solder (will take note next time)

Burn marks are from when I used my smallest soldering tip on my aoyue 968a very carefully to remove most glue for the pictures

I did not damage the original Stndby-clk point (seemed to be a lot easier running most of the wire underneath)

The power wire is 30guage about 1 1/2 inch wire

I didn't try unbridging the cap on cool runner

The power wire may seem longer because I used the original red wire to extend the orange when I used the alternate point

Thats a 70watt iron.

A bit much for this type of work
can easily burn of pads with a 70watt iron

I don't think my aoyue 968a isn't to much yea it may be a 70 watt iron but I can change it to the temp of my liking this one has the digital read out for the iron

I own a t862 infared, aoyue 968a with all the new w triple netted nozzles and heatpipe with built in turbine for game console repair, and a puhui t-8280 preheater
