xenon rgh help

i have wired it up correctly using a cool runner rev c and can not get it to glitch at all , here are some pics of it , i have done hundreds of rgh console , never a xenon board so i have got a load of xenon boards that i want to get the dvd keys from and kvs from too , please help

Xenons are suppose to be a nightmare for even key recovery. Can take hours to glitch or days.lol.What dashboard is it on.

its on dash 9199 , and when i mean it wont glitch i mean the coolrunner wont even try to glitch the console , meaning no blinking green light at all , i went over the soldering three times and all of the points are correct and everything seems right just no glitch light at all
