Can someone help me out here. I just got a Xenon board with the old qsb installed in it. Not the new white ones. This guy needs his dvd key and my understanding is that I need to dump his nand with nandx, open the dump in 360 flash tool, insert his cpu key (which I already got from xell), and then it will give me the key.

The problem is that one the qsb has 3 2-wire plugs instead of a 2 wire plug and a 3 wire plug (which is what my Nand-X qsb cables have). How can I hook my Nand-X up to these old boards? Everywhere I have tried searching has been updated with pictures of the new qsb. Thanks for any help guys.

Here is a picture. Xell Reloaded (the new one) does give you both your dvd key and your cpu key. This one does not give either. It does give the fuses though, which you can get your cpu key from those.

You need to write XeLL or XeLLous to the console in order to get your CPU key - you cannot do this unless the console is on dashboard 7371 or earlier.

For your information, that black QSB is used in conjunction with the Maximus NAND Flasher.

Xell is already on there. The xbox is already Jtagged. This guy took his xbox to someone else because his dvd drive was not working correctly. The guy replaced the dvd drive, threw the old one out and apparently never flashe the old key. Any time he puts a game in it says "play dvd". I powered on with eject key to get the fuses so that I have the cpu key. But, since these boards are for maximus products (and I only have TX products) I will just solder the wires to read the Nand.

Yep. I just had never seen the black boards and assumed it was just an older TX product. LoL Thanks for the quick replies. Saved me from pulling out my hair trying to figure out how to hook the Nand-X qsb wires to it. LoL

I tried both of those and couldn't get the dvd key from either. It was already jtagged when I got it, so I'm not sure how old the xell that was on there was. I just soldered onto the qsb points and read the nand that way. Then I loaded it up in 360 tool, inserted his cpu key, and it gave me the dvd key. The xbox is all back together, running fine and reading games. Woo-hoo!
