xex menu 1.2 cant read my usb.

Its a trinity rgh2. Im in xexmenu using left bumper. Has usb0 but the files on the usb don't show up.its blank. I already format it many times but does nothing. When I take it out of the rgh then to the pc. I open the usb and all my files are missing. Its also undetected in freestyle dash. I know the usb works cause earlier today I installed xexmenu and FREESTYLE dash. Has anyone ever had this problem.

did you format to fat32?

and are you sure you are safely removing hardware when you take the usb out of your pc

how big is the usb? is it a usb hdd or just a usb stick?
