I cannot find anywhere the legitimate download link for the newest xexmenu... Can someone please help?

try THIS its auto xbins. it has all kind of stuff you can download for your consoles. you will have to allow it through your virus protection and firewall programs but it is 100% safe. its a .rar file and you run it and wait till the console names pop up on the right side then double click xbox 360 and then dashboards. voila!
