Hi i have a Samsung MS25 flashed to 2.01 AP2.5 games work and others but XGD3 games will not work. I comes up saying play game but does not have the picture and when i launch it goes black for a couple of seconds then "This disc is unreadable". I burned using an ihas with max burner firmware and imgburn. I have two burns that verified 100% but do the same thing on xbox.

what dvd media are you using~? and what are the kprobe results?. i had a few verify on imgburn but not work on the console due to quality being bad. grab some kprobe results and we can check for you

this is likely a weak laser, but may also be a combo of a poor burn/weak laser
POT tweak or purchase a new laser

I see that you said other games work but did you truly try one or just assume it worked because it previously did???. Put in a regular game (non copy) and see if it works. Alot of people have not notice that with the new XGDR3 games if you have the wrong keys on the boxnit will still say "play game" even with the wrong keys on the box. However it will not show the picture 
so for XGD3 games you can not trust the word "Play Game".
The non picture not showing up is the Key.
Another thing to check is to make sure you truly are using 2.01 Do the "Open Target Firmware" manually and point it to the 2.01 firmware then press Spoof Source to Target.

Thanks for the reply, yes i have tested my other burns about 1 hour ago. Crysis 2 works, Black ops and MW2 works. I put in a retail copy of BF3 and that worked. I do the "Open Target Firmware" manually. I'm using Verbatim MKM-003 at 4x with opc on. I also noticed today that sometimes the game picture came up and i could load but would crash mid game (i'm playing offline). Doing a KProbe test now.
