What Miknow means is you have posted this question in the wrong place altogether as it is a TeamX support forum which is basically to assist users with issues for TeamX products. However to answer your question simply, the debug pin is the one that has the GREEN LED attached on the Cool Runner but if you are asking in regards to the Xilinx 44 Pin VQFP then from memory it was PIN 39 but don't quote me on that cause I may be wrong.
