Installed my x3 ce w/xapt3r, no problems to speak of. Everything works, flashed bios, runs evox, avalaunch, et al.
Problem is the XLCD has no backlight. The contrast dial works, I can see the charaters if the contrast is set up all the way. The brightness setting in X3 config is set up to 100%, and I have tried other values. No response at all. Is this a defect? Could it be the versa-cable? I tried reversing the cable (fits both directions. No change at all.
Any Suggestions?
