My XLCD worked fine for one day. Now the backlight works, i can adjust the brightness but it don't display anything. Is it fried?

brande new xbox flash,SUGGESTIONS?
Hey all, i bought a New xbox elite on saturday flashed the BenQ drive it had with V1.2...got banned today after an update!.
I have'nt even used it for backups yet as i have none, So anybody have any ideas as to whats gone on?
Im no noob to flashing and modchipping but am really confused on this...could the LT Firmware really be as safe as its made out to be???

i'm sorry, but there is no way that a benq is in your NEW xbox360 elite

my guess is that you bought a refurb from gamestop and it was already flashed and flagged

08-01-10...paid full price . I unpackaged it and everything..do you think they basically robbed me?
Oh Snap...2x yellow Wire..it was a lite-on i flashed..just took apart xbox and tested drive and it is a lite-on drive flashed with LT v1.1 sorry for confusion but original Question still applies

does it play games?
if you flashed it incorrectly, then that could contribute?

Yes it was flashed correctly i extracted the key a few times and all was good i have re-checked the firmware and it is now LT v1.1 and yes it does play games.
I have just loaded up halo Reach.. (first backup game used on this flashed console) and it plays perfect...apart from the live restrictions lol

Hi, Shawlynot...read all the previous posts..it clearly says I hadnt played a single back up copy of anything. And about halo Reach, I loaded it up AFTER the xbox was banned..

Well to be fair, something funny is going on here! £120 for an elite, also if it was brought brand new and you flashed it you would know what drive was in it, nice 9 series liteon for you!

First off.. Did you use a CK3 or use Xbox to power drive? remember, flashing 360s using xbox sends code to motheboard that the 360 has been turn on without sata "MIGHT BE FLASHED" M$ will scan and bam, nice ban.. I have to ask tho why flash it if you had no copied games and wanted go on xbox live? If you had the money to buy a new xbox you must had some money. if i was you and first idea of xbox was to flash it, i would have brought 2 xboxs second hand.. Could have been cheaper then 1 new one.. flashed 1 and kept 1 for xbox live.. I have 2, try play my origional more so i dont get banned, but my LT lite-on has not been banned from xbox live so its something you did to attract m$ attension..
