xlcd, xbmc, and avalaunch

how can i get XLCD to work with XBMC and Avalaunch? Thanks in advance.

What BIOS are you using?

I will assume you have an Xecuter 3, so in order to get the LCD to work with XBMC you have to enable the LCD in both X3CL and in the settings of XBMC. I'm not sure about Avalaunch though since I use XBMC exclusively.

If you enable it in X3CL it'll stay enabled in Avalaunch.

which lcd do i choose in xbmc. i am using 3108 .

I also have the X3CP and have it set to use the LCD-HD44780 in XBMC. I haven't tried any of the other settings so I'm not exactly sure what would happen if you selected another one.

i got it working in xbmc, but i have heard that avalaunch has support for it. it is on and working in avalaunch it just doesn't do anything other than read off what i have put in it. i want it to work like it does in xbmc or dvd2xbox.
