xlink engine in bios?

I was wondering.....the xlink engine can now be loaded into the firmware on a links wrt54g router; can the engine be programed into the xbox bios?
How does xbox live do it? It would be great if I didn't have to keep going to the computer just to start the engine.

it could, but it wouldnt be able to run during a game. you would have to have an xbox dedicated to running it (better of just installing linux and running it there). ATM the wrt54g is much more economical than a dedicated xbox.

That's right. No one knows when the ban wave will start, or if there will even be one. We can't give you an exact time.

Anyone with LT/LT+ (or old Hitachi's with iX 1.51) are safe on XBL and I haven't heard of any bans yet.

Ban's ? hell I'm waiting to hear about people getting threating letters from M$ demanding money(the way dtv did it 8-9yrs ago)With this new personal info security thing...Testing the waters- If Anyone were to fall for it and pay them it's money in their pockets.....a lot of people/kids would be sh*tting bricks when that dreaded Letter From a Attorney's office shows up... I hope I'm wrong....

Well, I guess that's true. But on the Team Xecuter website is says:

There are also plans to make LT firmware for the older Hitachi drives but without Ap25 as it’s not required. LT+ for Slims is the priority at the moment. FYI iXtreme 1.51 still works just fine with AP25 (many are still using the older Hitachi’s on XBL – however we can’t guarantee that it is XBL safe so use at your own risk).

I've also had customers bring in Xbox 360s with flashed Hitachi drives that are still on XBL. Maybe they're just lucky

last banwave, my hitachi running 1.51 got banned, as well as my friends.
