i have xlink-kai built into my xbmc, but i cant get it to work, i have the engine running on the pc, and me user and password in xbmc, but it says its not connected and cant connect.
any ideas?

You need to cinfigure kia on your pc to ework for a xbox dashboard 
select " Start Kai config tool "
When you have the config window open select The drop down menu in the Default Profiles box and select " Engine only (for dashboards).
then exit
Also make sure that you have pointed kai in your box to the correct ip address of the pc running the kai engine
your stuff should now work.

had the config tool ok but forgot to change engine ip in settins of xbmc.
all works well now.
